By accessing and using Mito Universe, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Service Description
Mito Universe is a creative marketplace platform that enables users to save, organize, share, and showcase creative work including images, videos, projects, text, graphics, and other digital content. The platform facilitates collaboration and connection between creatives, studios, and audiences.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mito Universe. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the platform. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal authority to accept these terms.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. User Content and Licensing
You retain ownership of all content you post on Mito Universe. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
You warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to share the content you post, and that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Prohibited Content and Conduct
You agree not to post content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or discriminatory
- Contains malicious code or spam
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Is wholly generated by AI without proper disclosure
7. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, remove, or decline to post any content for any reason at our sole discretion. We have final say over whether content is appropriate for the platform.
8. Data Collection and API Usage
Unauthorized scraping, bulk downloads, or excessive API calls are prohibited. Data collection from the platform requires explicit written authorization from Mito Films Inc.
9. Limitation of Liability
Mito Universe is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
